These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern purchases of digital products and memberships billed by ESHI INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD. ("ESHI", "we", "us"). By completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms and to the product-specific terms shown at checkout.
1. Merchant of record
Unless otherwise stated on the checkout page, ESHI INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD. is the merchant of record for the transaction and is responsible for billing, payment processing, and refunds according to these Terms and our Refund Policy.
2. Products
We sell digital goods and services, including online memberships, community access, courses, and related digital content. Product descriptions, pricing, billing frequency, and delivery method are shown before payment.
3. Account and access
After successful payment, access is provided through the member portal or delivery method described on the product page. You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and safeguarding login credentials.
4. Subscriptions
If you purchase a subscription, you authorize recurring charges at the price and interval shown at checkout until you cancel according to the cancellation instructions provided with the product. We may change subscription pricing with advance notice where required by law or product terms.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use purchased content for unlawful purposes
- Share, resell, or redistribute paid content except as permitted by the product
- Attempt to disrupt billing, access controls, or platform security
6. Intellectual property
All content, trademarks, and materials remain the property of ESHI or its licensors. Your purchase grants a personal, non-transferable license to access the purchased digital product according to its terms.
7. Disclaimers
Digital products are provided on an "as is" basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee specific business, financial, or educational outcomes.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ESHI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product in the twelve months before the claim.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence where applicable.
