This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for digital products billed by ESHI INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD. ("ESHI"). Product-specific terms shown at checkout may apply in addition to this policy.
1. Digital products
Our products are digital memberships, online courses, and related services delivered electronically. Because access may begin immediately after payment, refunds are limited as described below.
2. Subscription memberships
- You may cancel future renewals at any time through the account or cancellation instructions provided with the product.
- Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically refund prior charges unless required by law or stated at checkout.
- If a cooling-off period applies in your jurisdiction, we will honor it when legally required.
3. One-time purchases
- Refund eligibility for one-time digital purchases is shown on the checkout page before payment.
- If a refund window is offered, you must request a refund within that period and before substantial use of the product, unless otherwise required by law.
- High-touch coaching or live programs may have separate cancellation terms disclosed at purchase.
4. Non-refundable cases
Unless required by law, we generally do not provide refunds when:
- The refund period has expired
- Digital content or membership access has already been substantially used
- The request relates to a chargeback filed without contacting us first
- The purchase violated our Terms of Service
5. How to request a refund or cancellation
Email billing@eshi.asia with:
- Your full name
- Email address used for purchase
- Order or transaction date
- Product name
- Reason for the request
We aim to respond within 5 business days.
6. Chargebacks and disputes
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can review the issue. Unauthorized or fraudulent transactions will be investigated and refunded where appropriate.
7. Refund method
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible. Processing time depends on your card issuer or payment provider, typically 5–10 business days after approval.
